T H E  B R I E F
The task was to create a roto-molded product. The sun lounge incorporates all features of roto-molding aligning with the rules and standards of the procedure, as requested. 
I D E A T I O N
To create all parts the correct way, research on standards was considered. Elements had to include a controlled wall thickness, subject to limited flats and correctly measured corners in order to create a successfully rotationally molded product. 
C R I T I Q U E  T  O  R E S U L T
The chair component requires a three part mold. The table needing a five part mold. Both parts share geometry to clip into each other, forming a strong product for its use. The polypropylene material generates strength and durability for the product, whilst curvatures in it'd design formulate integrity.
